Our Background
Channel Construction is one of Zimbabwe’s fastest growing property development and construction companies specializing in residential, industrial and commercial building projects.
The company began as a general works contractor in 2017 and over the years Channel Construction has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, technical know-how, industry network and valuable experience in design and built environment solutions, project management services and related civil and construction engineering works.
Today, Channel Construction takes on the role of main contractor for medium to large-scale projects and performs project management services for residential, industrial and or commercial projects. Channel Construction also provides design inputs and engineering solutions as value addition services to our clients.
